Piona Engineering SA was responsible for the complete design of high-current (HC) and low-current (LC) systems, including:
- High-current and low-current power distribution systems
- Standard LED lighting systems
- Emergency lighting systems to ensure safe building evacuation in hazardous situations
- BUS control and management systems for communication between all devices
- HVAC-P systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing) to ensure thermal comfort, air quality, and sanitary water supply
- Photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems
- Earthing and equipotential bonding systems, essential for the safety of people and equipment
- LPS (Lightning Protection System) designed to intercept, conduct, and disperse lightning currents into the ground
- CUC (Centralized Cabling Center) for collecting and distributing TV, satellite, telephone, and data signals throughout the building
- Video intercom systems
- Audio and video systems for the reproduction, management, and distribution of sound and images
- Access control systems for user identification at entrances/exits and the operation of doors/gates
- Fire detection systems designed for early fire detection and alarm signaling
- SERS (Smoke and Heat Exhaust Systems) designed to remove smoke and heat during a fire, protecting occupants and facilitating firefighting efforts
